How to pay?

Payment
In Cambodia, unlike in some other countries, most transactions are made in US dollars. The local currency, the riel, is generally used for small daily expenses such as market purchases or tips.
How to Pay with Us?
All payments are accepted in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) (for full or balance payments made on arrival).
Payment is simple and flexible, tailored to your preferences.
Payment Process:
Once your itinerary is confirmed and the quote is approved, our accounting team will send you an email with all the payment details and options.
In practice, we recommend using Wise, as it is simple, fast, and has low transfer fees.
A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit can be paid via one of the following methods:
-
International bank transfer (IBAN) – only upon request
-
Credit/debit card payment via Wise (see below for how to pay)
-
Western Union – only upon request (see below for instructions)
All necessary details will be provided by our accountant.
Balance Payment:
The remaining balance is due upon your arrival, directly to our team, in cash in USD, with no additional fees.
You may also pay in euros. In that case, the amount will be converted on the day of payment at the current exchange rate, with a small surcharge to cover conversion fees.

Confirm the Payment on Wise
After you’ve made the transfer, return to Wise and confirm that the transfer has been made (often by clicking “I’ve made the transfer”).
Wait for Confirmation

Wise will send you an email notification when the funds are received.
-
They will then convert and forward the money to your chosen recipient.
